| **** Specials/discounts do not apply during holiday weekends or special event weekends. We have a 2-night minimum all year round, and we may have a 3 or 4-night minimum on holidays and certain special events weekends. We cannot break up a weekend for less than the minimum we have set for it. Rate discounts and specials are like coupons, they must be mentioned at the time of the sale (booking of the reservation) to be honored. A minimum nights stay may be required to receive certain specials or discounts. We are only able to offer free nights when charging the set nightly rate. Specials and discounts cannot be combined. There are no refunds or credits given due to cancellation outside the allotted time frame (2 weeks) or leaving early when staying at discounted rates. **** | |||||||||||
