A 50% deposit is required upon making your reservation. No reservation is confirmed until deposit is secured. Payments made by check must be received within 5 days from the day that you place the reservation for confirmation or the reservation will be cancelled without notice. Balance is due upon arrival. No Personal Checks will be accepted at Check-In. Any balance payments needed to be made by check must be received 30 days prior to arrival date or reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit, LESS $30.00. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date will not receive a refund, but will have the opportunity to apply all of the original deposit toward a new reservation to be used within 6 months of cancellation date (number nights cannot be decreased). Failure to call or check-in will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. We hate to see anyone cancel, but encourage that if you must, please do so within the allotted time.
We do charge a $50.00 damage deposit for all guests without a valid credit card on file. Your damage deposit will be mailed back to you within 1 week of checkout, in the form of a check.
